Grace obtained her B.S. in Biology from University of California, Irvine. She started her career in research working in virology laboratories (HSV-I and Murine Leukemia Virus) at UCI for six years. Since then, she has worked at General Atomics (Biosciences Dept-research focus: Vibrio Cholera) and other biotech companies, like AMGEN and Cytel. Grace is currently at Cytel in the molecular biology/glycobiology department and working mainly to help enable the synthesis of bioactive carbohydrates for the medical and consumer product market. |
