Shauna Brammer has been teaching biological sciences since 1987
at La Jolla High School. She earned a Bachelors of Science Degree
in Biology from San Diego State University, and a Masters Degree
in Education from San Diego State University. Ms. Brammer has
coached and advised the La Jolla High School Science Olympiad
Team and Science Fair students. She was granted an internship
from the American Physiological Society, authored curriculum
at the state and national level, presented teaching strategies
at a number of conferences and workshops, and has been involved
in research at Scripps Institute of Oceanography.
