PROPOSED CALIFORNIA SCIENCE CONTENT STANDARDS
Following are the distinguished California scientists whose letters to the California State Board of Education opposing the adoption of the proposed science standards are in the attached packet. Letters from Drs. Roberto Peccei (UCLA), James R. Arnold (UC Irvine), Burton Richter (SLAC), and Goéry Delacôte (Exploratorium) have been added since these were presented at the meeting of the CSBE on September 10.
